Private Dinner Reservations

Out of our flagship location at 801 Nashville Avenue in New Orleans, we host ONE private dinner per night for parties ranging in size from 2 to 20 people. It’s a meal that you build from start to finish, this could be as small as just an entree and a side or as extravagant as a full seven course tasting!

Our most popular options allows our guests to pick their own steak right from the cooler. During preparation, guests can pop in the kitchen, ask questions, watch as their food is being cooked, or just sit back, and wait for the food to be served.

Our chef is Gason Nelson, a two-time James Beard scholar, and private chef for NFL star Reggie Bush and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Rare Cuts® provides glassware, ice and water, please bring your own wine and spirits – soft drinks and mixers can be added for an additional fee or you can bring your own.
